Hi all there is a Linux Ubuntu hour that I think is taking place at
Boradway coffeehouse from 6 to 7 pm this evening.
I was hoping to attend, however the family has made other holiday plans, so
going to have to miss this one.
Have fun all,

family issues that have consumed most of my time and energy. That's
quickly resolving itself and I'm raring to get back into the swing of
things, but I'm not quite there yet.
That said, I wanted to just drop a quick note and say
That reminds me, last month it was brought up at an Ubuntu Hour that a
release party might be called for for 18.04, not sure if it's related to
the above email, but in my head it's at least tangentially related. I
figure we should start getting the ball rolling now.

turnout in Eugene was a little small last time I did it. That may be
have been circumstantial, but I think it would be really best if we did
this in Portland. Possibly Salem since it's closer than Eugene. tl;dr
someone needs to pic
We should do one in Portland indeed :) I can help with a venue
