If I boot a live session using a flash disk, and install software,
for future use, if I then install from that flash disk will it install

Am i right in thinking the idea behind aptoncd is to create a local (say
on cd or usb stick) apt repository ? that I can then point a netbook at
and have it install from there (use software sources to point at the cd
or usb stick) where the deb files etc are. or perhaps copy the contents

Im looking forward to 12.10, sadly like every other .04 release I've used
12.04 has been a flop.
Pity because during development it was absolutely fine, but post release
its been crashing daily and I've had to fix quite a few little things that
came out of the box working in 11.10.
