Thanks everybody for your help. I just dont remember going through this
from upgrading. I have tried to go and update, and I dont recognise
anything. Its opened pages with Folders, and it has me completely lost.
I havent seen that before.

update-manager seems to update all of the ppa distro names for you. Not sure
about other third party repos though

There is a "if no-one turns up, we charge you £200" clause from the pub for

There is a programme named Jaws it runs under windows it will basically
read text from a scanner so it great for people that may be blind or
like me have episodic sight issue's that affect reading and typing.
So there should really be some thing out there can any one suggest
anything please.
