Dear Ubuntu UK; I have lost my most fantastic distro of Ubuntu that I have ever put together. Over 150 working apps. Everysingle thing up to date and I was running Ubuntu 8.04 and the overall size of my lost Ubuntu OS. was 42.3gb so as you can imagine I am quite upset

Ubuntu 9.04 in a WUBI install on a Toshiba L40 Satellite with 2GB RAM and duo core T2330 1.6GHz processors. If I launch System Monitor, the CPU %age on the Processes tab (viewing All Processes) is nothing LIKE as high as the CPU %age shown on the Resources tab. The Resources tab shows both CPUs c

I managed to install the virtualbox on my laptop. I have got it to work, and its updated ok. The only thing is at the moment, the size of the window is really small, only about the size of a netbook. I have tried everything to get it bigger, and nothing is working. Is there a way to increase th
