I have installed Ubuntu 7.04, Feisty Fawn.
I also have installed Skype 1.3.0.53_API.
I can hear the Skype testcenter, and I can hear myself speaking in the
michrophone.
But I cannot hear myself when the link changes, and where I should hear
myself from the Skype testcenter.

A problem has developed in Draw whereby the points command does not raise
the points menu, so while I can move the pints (default) I cannot delete or
insert points. I'm using a compaq 386 laptop and there is 2.6mb free,

I subscribe to several news groups on news.gmane.org (ubuntu.user,
ubuntu.kubuntu, ubuntu sounder) and I have not been able to connect
since yesterday or so. Other news servers I use are ok, so I conclude
that gmane is down. Does anyone have any different, or any,
information please?
