I would say if DOSbox doesn't do it for you, try installing Win '95 to VMWare
Virtual Box or some such similar. That way, you could limit the amount of RAM
allocated to your Win '95 installation (and you can run it within MSWin, Linux
and others).

Try DOSBox, its available from the software centre.
I doubt Win95 will work on any computer made in the last 8 years or so
