I've been given the task of creating a bootable Linux USB drive by a work-mate. Rather than a pen-drive he's given me a 2.5" drive mounted in one of these snazzy little enclosures, works just like a pen-drive. Anyway, I've tried to create the file systems and have hit a problem. Once I've create
