I'd go for a phone/line rental/broadband deal such as TalkTalk or Pipex

Generally you get cheaper broadband if it's bundled in with something else

dish to qualify for the ADSL... changing phone supplier is probably

These, at under a tenner a month, are the cheapest OK ones I've come
across. Newnet seems to be well regarded.

is anybody aware of a UK broadband supplier that has a product to
replace a standard dialup ?
I'm building a new desktop for my mum and she doesn't have broadband.
I'm going to set her up to use dialup but this is not going to be ideal.
What would be a better solution would be a low cost, ADS
