No. a headset is just a dumb headset. no storage or anything like that.
You need a bluetooth adaptor i your PC and something like a bluetooth
phone to send files to.

Hi,I use the KDE bluetooth utilities, they work just as well in Gnome. Install
and run kbluetoothd which will give you a tray icon. Left click it to browse
nearby bluetooth devices, and click on 'obex push' icon
