Hi Laura,
I'm interested in coming along to this - but can't guarantee I can make it.
If numbers are limited then don't include me - but if it is just a
matter of having my name on the list so I can pop along if I can -
please put me down :-)
Cheers,
Simon

I have no fixed abode at the moment :-)
It will either be Brighton, or somewhere near Bermondsy/London Bridge!
Cheers,
Simon

How about Brighton? I've been banging on about trying to arrange one for ages.
I have a couple of different venues in mind, both a short walk from
Brighton station - would just need to gain some consensus on a date?
How about Thursday 13th of September?

I'd start on it myself, but I don't know any cool tricks or tips to
put on there!

My understanding is you'll have the same version more or less. Can't
vouch for any customisations but I am in the same position and that's
my understanding!

Hi all,
Is anyone interested/willing/able to present a lecture on Ubuntu,

normally be about 45 minutes long, on an evening, and would most
likely be in either Crawley (near Gatwick Airport) or Brighton. The

I have a canon Ip4000 that does cd printing.
That said, I haven't tried cd printing in ubuntu. It sounds like the sort of
thing that I'd just use windows for out of fear of it being too
complicated/aggravating in ubuntu.

Gareth,
I do get the feeling that you haven't really planned ahead in setting up your
business. It would seem that you'd want to get this stuff sorted out further in
advance.

To be fair, you'd kind of hope that would be the aim of a LTS release.
Otherwise you just risk losing reputation.

Personally I would say, stability and that alone.
11.04 and 11.10 have both seemed a little unstable, and sluggish. A round of
concentrating on really honing what we have?

Can I suggest rotating them around different parts of london, so that it's
easier for people from outside London to join?
So, one meet somewhere near kings cross/victoria/paddington/euston etc. That
way more people can attend from outside London.

Is there enough interest for a sussex based meet/release party?
I'd be interested in helping organise but don't know if there is any existing
interest already.
