ethernet, a usb modem, a pci dial-up modem!?
Someone (possibly even me!) might be able to help you with it...
Best wishes,

Hi all,
I'm not sure I've mentioned this on the list before but the disc I've
been working on to promote Free Culture (incl. free software) is
available to download!
It's an awesome disc (if I do say so myself!) and the plan is to
distribute it to journalists and MPs (+ friends at uni) to help sp

Hi,
I was just wondering why on the Ubuntu Wiki neither mplayer or
totem-xine are recommended in the restricted media section?
Particularly totem-xine. Seems to make more sense to me to replace
totem-gstreamer than to have that plus gxine ogle etc.

Hi all,
Just thought I'd see if anyone here new how to get in touch with the
people over at the Fridge?!
Some of you might remember my podcast, with RMS, Jeremy Allison and
Jeff Waugh - well I'm just preparing the third episode (I have release
cycles like Debian!!) and Mark Shuttleworth is set to
Hi all,
I haven't been following the list too closely lately but I've just a
quick look through some of the comments about this subject. I hope
this hasn't already been said but I'd suggest people join their local
LUG! I've found the people in mine to be very helpful and are quite
willing to come
Has anyone else noticed that they've stopped updating that webpage and
the comments are heavily skewed in favor of OSX?
I can't believe the majority of users out there are on OSX and I get
the impression a lot of GNU/Linux users have also written in yet have
nearly zero representation!

Hi all,
I recorded the interview with Richard Stallman, Jeremy Allison and Jeff
Waugh last night and it went really well. It's a bit rough around the
edges but it's my first try at something like this so I hope you'll
forgive me!
Hopefully you'll give it a listen and enjoy it!

Hi,
I thought you all might be interested in my new podcast,
http://questionsplease.org The first episode is yet to be recorded but
will be on Thursday and will feature Richard Stallman, Jeff Waugh and
Jeremy Allison as guests. The idea is that people in the community send
in questions and the

For anyone wondering about this
Have you dugg all of these?! I haven't looked at the latest one but I
did take a peak at quickones.org and you've got quite a good collection
now! Might be a good to digg/slashdot it and get a bit more awareness of
it out?

I hope this topic isn't getting old! I just thought I'd point out that
I've had a little look around: if any one is interested in doing the

I've just watched the screen cast and thought it was really good! Don't
really think you need to make any changes to the splash screen, although
