Don't know if it helps anyone here, but the latest developer release is 2.0.170.0, I currently have it installed on Windows XP and it runs fine. It was originally the Chrome browser but receives updates from the Chromium server, so it's now a hybrid ;-) See if you can update to the latest devel

Also, the Google Maps API key is registered for another site - just popped up then :-) Whole website is iffy if you ask me. I'm gonna send them a message via their contact form. I'm risking my Windows PC for them. What will I get back in return off them ;-) A pound off? <- I thought it was fun
