Unlikely, considering that (as I understand it) the option to disable UEFI
and/or load other keys is listed as a requirement in the specification (for
x86 at least).
For ARM, this functionality won't be included on devices shipping with
win8. So yeah it'll need to be hacked in order to install ano

In practice, the current spec requires it to be disableable from the
