Why don't you try it in a VM or a spare box? Not tried it myself...

Sorry but I am exceeding thick. What do you mean by repo? The only items
I can find with synaptic appear to files needed to enable VMware to work
and not VMware itself which, I understand, is not free.

I now have Radio 2 in Rhythm
since upgrade to 8.04, my video colour has been wrong and i don't know
why. Gstreamer and xine don't conflict any more, so I can't tell what's
going on :(.
What do I do?
