For me there is a grammar error or a typo in this sentence...
In my opinion instead of "cannot specific" it should be "cannot specify"

that was shipped to me with Ubuntu (for my surprise, here in Portugal the
major part of the sistems are shipped with Windows and optimized to run
that OS so install Ubuntu on it may be frustrant) and I would like to start
contribute in the translation of the documentation
