During the french translation of ubiquity-slideshow-*, I noticed that the
instructions to access the setup tools like accessibility, mouse, ... apply
only to the Unity 2D.
What about the access to setup tools in Unity 3D ?

Due to the fix of https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/759811 there are some
new strings up for translation in system-config-printer that were
previously untranslatable.
The strings will be translatable after beta 2.
