Public bug reported:
With bind9 9.16.0, dnsutils became a transitional package, pulling in
bind9-dnsutils. A transitional package is arch all, since it only exists
to pull in the new package.
This is breaking the bind9 dep8 tests on i386:
builddeps:/tmp/autopkgtest.SImnUi/1-autopkgtest-satdep.ds
This bug was fixed in the package sbd - 1.4.1-3
