Public bug reported:
Please sync geronimo-j2ee-connector-1.5-spec 2.0.0-1 (main) from Debian
testing (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian's package is based on current Ubuntu's package.
Changelog entries since current lucid version 1.1-0ubuntu3:
geronimo-j2ee
The faulty patch indeed is only present until Karmic
(205_lock_keys.diff, not 005). I guess that then the best workaround is
to patch the karmic qemu-kvm as in comment #13.

I confirm that this is still happening in karmic, I have the same issue,
and a lot of the fixes above either don't work, or the file that they
are changing doesn't exist to begin with. I'm running a fresh install
using kubuntu on an amd64 platform.

Thanks for your help making Ubuntu better by reporting this bug.
First a stupid question: do the /purple/dqfiles and /purple/programfiles
directories exist in the Jaunty installation?
Second: Why would you install Jaunty? It's supported until October 2010, but
I'll strongly recommend Karmic, or e
I did find that the rc.local fix that was mentioned works, I didn't even
have to include the sleep command, just the mount -a -t nfs.

There is a patch for this bug now available at
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5198 . Please note that this
fix doesn't affect existing samba user accounts, only newly created
ones. To fix existing accounts you should use 'pdbedit' to correct the
full name fields for existing users.

Hi Dustin, did you get a SRU ACK yet? If not, the patch looks like a
great candidate for SRU and everything looks good to me. Consider this
an ACK :)

the annoyance of this problem is, that you have to find out why kvm_intel is
loaded, although you have set up a blacklist for it.
if i put something on a presumable system-wide blacklist, i dont expect it to
