Do you mean the packages in oneiric-proposed? The nova
2011.3+git2017-0ubuntu1 were part of a first attempt at SRU'ing an entire
upstream stable update. In addition to missing whatever stable updates have
come in the 20 weeks since that was uploaded to -proposed, the actual update
Please note that the packages in -proposed are now missing several
security updates.
