KVM is broken in Lucid right now - running it results in "qemu: could
not load PC BIOS 'bios.bin'"
Installing "seabios" fixes it.

The key, here, is that seabios is an actively maintained upstream
project.
Upstream QEMU has pruned the source code from its tree that generates
bios.bin (required for QEMU kvm's to run). Upstream's recommendation is
to package the separate seabios project, and run-time depend on it.
