autofs was restarted at reboot). The fix in #4 doesn't work. Can we get
the 5.0.8-1ubuntu1.2 package backported to 14.04 ASAP? For an LTS

@xtrusia:
1) The changelog looks good except you should format your name correctly. Use
'Seyeong Kim' instead of 'seyeong.kim'.
2) You still haven't formatted the patch using DEP-3.

@xtrusia:
1) Can you make the changelog include the bug it closes for example:
"Fix mount issues when using '-host' in conf file. (LP: #1386869)"
2) Can you ensure the patch is in DEP-3 format:
http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep3/
Thanks,

Is there a reason we can't just go get the patches that Ian Kent already
provided for Fedora (see my link to the Red Hat bugzilla entry, which
contains references to RPM versions that fix the problem) and apply them

Changing the entry
/net-hosts
to
/net /etc/auto.net
in /etc/auto.master does work for me now as well. In the time of
initiating this bug report it wasn't.

I had this problem as well after an upgrade from 14.04 to 14.10.

I am having same problem with auto.net. When I try to cd to /net/salmo
(one of our servers) I get in syslog:
automount[234566]: key "salmo" not found in map source(s).
