Same problem here... I'm installing Grizzly from Ubuntu PPA (grizzly-
trunk-testing) and my nova-scheduler.log shows up:

in my nova.conf
it used to be this, I commented it out
#scheduler_driver=nova.scheduler.simple.SimpleSchedul

Can you provide the Ubuntu version where that error is happening?
Also, can you use the command:
apt-get install -f
And check the results of this?
