[FFE] Sync augeas 0.10.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable
I don't agree that this needs RT approval yet. All of the fixes are bug
fixes.
However this can't be a sync. The orig tarballs are different for some
reason. A fake sync is needed.

I've built and tested this version with no problems, so +1 from me.
However note that it is late in the quantal cycle so this will require
approval from the release team.
