The bug was in Jaunty, and stayed after upgrade to lucid. In virt-
manager I'm unable to connect host's DVD drive to the guest. The option
is inactive and there's yelow exclamation sign saying that this version
of libvirt doesn't support listing devices.
The above works fine
So far i was stuck for 9.04 on this server. However, I'm going to
upgrade in a week or two to 10.04 and retest.

I've just installed karmic and was unable to connect to it in virt-
manager because the user I created during instalation wasn't added to
the libvirtd group. I've chosen that virtualisation host packages should
be installed as a part of the install process. Could that be the reason?
