2.1.25.dfsg1-3ubuntu0.1 in Ubuntu 12.04LTS.
This issue is causing us a lot of problems, if anyone knows of a
workaround or better yet, a fix, please let me know.

I had a boot problem with maveric, too. My solution was to add the apparmor
sevurity rules in virt-manager. Now it works again.
