More details: this is xubuntu x86-64. If I just launch kvm and immediately kill it, it exits with one click on the X. But if I clock on the display area to let KVM do a mouse grab and then alt-escape out of the mouse grab, afterwards the KVM window ignores the first click on the X. (Even if I sw
