Problems described in first parts of Debian's bug report was gone after update, although a problem with "pseudo-leak", explained in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=767295#75 (and few following messages) still exists. As far I understand second part of bugreport describes problem

[Bug 1484682] [NEW] memory leak in xl

Public bug reported: With xen-utils-4.4 (4.4.1-0ubuntu0.14.04.6) I step into problem thats looks like one, described in (that is already fixed in Debian). Memory is leaked after every domU start and restart, exactly like in:
