Public bug reported: We've started using vsftpd on an Amazon EC2 instance like 2 months ago. Server is getting very high concurrent ftp traffic. But when the concurrency gets higher, vsftpd (standalone version) processes start to eat up more and more memory (totally all vsftpd processes together
