I don't have debian, don't want to learn how to install it, I'm an (x)ubuntu user remarking about ubuntu. It's not "developers who have mistakenly installed.." that interest me. I've got a fresh install and a book on Ruby -- that doesn't make me a developer I think. I didn't install it by choice;

Public bug reported: On a fresh raring or saucy install of Xubuntu, there's ruby-1:1.9.3 installed, but it's pretty useless as a programming tool because of the lack of support for things like ri(1). The ri program exists, but is useless because it doesn't have any documentation to work with.
