Was tested on precise latest netboot, AMD64
Following udebs were installed using the install regular process:
- kpartx-udeb_0.4.9-3ubuntu5.1_amd64.udeb
- multipath-udeb_0.4.9-3ubuntu5.1_amd64.udeb
