Having "DirectoryIndex index.php" on the .htaccess file solves the
issue. It seems the default Apache DirectoryIndex is causing the problem
when index.php is not the first default index document.

Up to Lucid, installing the package snmp, a list of mib files was
installed in the directory /usr/share/snmp/mibs
This list included a lot of basic mib files, allowing the user to poll
those mibs.
In Maverick, the direcory /usr/share/snmp/mibs doesn't exist any more
