filegen can generate the following files that do not appear to be
permitted by AppArmor (based solely on the above dialog): cryptostats,
protostats, rawstats, sysstats, and timingstats. (See ntp-doc,

I found the problem in my installation to fix my bug. The loopback
network interface did not have an IP address assigned to it, hence mysql
had nothing to bind to.

freshly installed hardy beta, after installing apache2 installed mysql-server
which crashed

I am also seeing this bug in Hardy. I have a fresh install ( xen guest
from a hardy bootstrap ). I goto install, it asks me for my mysql root
password. I give it a password and then it fails.
