Public bug reported:
As a new Xen user, when I install the `xen-hypervisor-amd64` package,
I'd expect it to work fine.
But upon rebooting, even if Xen succeed to boot, the system is basically
unusable, and there are plenty of Irq errors in dmesg.
It turns out that EFI is not very well supported
I got this as well, now apt and dpkg are completely unusable, I attached
my last terminal session in which I tried to uninstall bind9 to get rid
of the problem

I noticed a strange thing:
when supplying and invalid hypervisor to vmbuilder, it lets you know
that
Available hypervisors: vmserver esxi xen kvm vbox vmw6 qemu
and yet, from the manual:
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/maverick/en/man1/vmbuilder.1.html
Valid options: xen kvm vmw6 vmserver
** Also affects: vmbuilder
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
