This is my third try to write a reply. Startet writing and solved the problem
on my first machine. Then I wrote about the other machine and solved the
problem there.
It was just misconfiguration by myself in
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: munin
After installing Lucid and doing a "sudo apt-get install munin", I tried
to get Munin working on my servers.
On the first machine:
Upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04 via update-manager. I kept the Apache- and
Munin-Configurations at default values.

Is there any chance to get that 403 problem fixed?
Still get it on a new installed 10.04 and an upgraded 9.10.
