Juju Quickstart is deprecated and replaced by Juju 2.0 automatic credentials
gathering and native bundle support.
We are no longer actively developing quickstart and therefore we ask for the
package to be not included in xenial.
Thanks.

Good news, @mathieu-tl. I'll check that one. Thanks for the update.

I believe the seccomp whitelist is provided by qemu itself, not libvirt.

I do not believe a FFe is necessary, as the Debian changes between
0.99+dfsg-1 and 0.99+dfsg-2 are all bugfixes or debian/cleanups.
debdiff:

build successful on all arches; logs:

I have confirmed that the fix for this indeed does fix my issue. Thanks
for your prompt attention!

Actually these might be good candidates to go to
http://dpdk.org/browse/dpdk-stable/.
Once my testing is done I should suggest that.

Based on the upstream bug closure, it sounds like importing the fixed
version from upstream (or at least the fix patch) is probably the
solution here.

I can confirm that I can now *run* the "pecl" command, after running
"apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade".
I did get a warning/error for my first extension install (pecl install
mongodb), but I can't reproduce this now, and the error is annoyingly no
longer on the screen.
