Because apt-get purge refuses due to dependencies.

TIPC kernel module.
Despite being present in the source code, it has not been built in the current
iproute2 package that comes with 15.10, something forcing all users to check

This should definitely be fixed in ssh-copy-id - making these
assumptions is just bad.
However, I found a workaround that is convenient for me at least and
that I think could be a stopgap for others too, until such time as ssh-

Activating the proposed repository and upgrading lxc to version
1.0.7-0ubuntu0.9 fixed the issue for me.

But it's a shame this proposed fix was not released to everyone before
