I just tried it on one of the wine machines and the dpkg instruction
runs flashing up a series of old DOS like dialogues asking where the
font files are - I took the easy route and left it blank and hit OK,

ttf-mscorefonts-installer so I downloaded the exe but I don't have wine
on that machine so it is not recognised as an extractable archive by the

This completely breaks SYSLOG logging of PHP-fpm setups. Not
daemoninzing the process results in php-fpm ignoring the error_log
option and screws things royally in a multi-server setup where
centralized logging is used with syslog...
Please revert this bad design.

Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem,
rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.
Specifically, php5-fpm 5.5.9+dfsg-1ubuntu4.6 is available in trusty-
updates
Looks like there's a patch for openssh available the RH bug which
detects broken server implementations and sends options that they can
accept (by matching "Cisco-*" in the banner).
We probably don't want to have to maintain this patch in Ubuntu
indefinitely though. But we could cherry-pick it if
