I changed the 00sleep_module to unload (only) ic2_hid and now suspend works
and the touchpad comes back after resume.
While testing I got a kernel panic unloading ic2_hid manually once. Maybe its
a problem with the kernel.

The devstack fix [1] removed all linux bridge agent configuration files
and we are no more able to setup LinuxBridge agent with the ML2 plugin.
It's a huge regression.
I proposed to revert that fix for the moment and propose another review
to clean devstack for the monolitycs plugin OVS and LB EOL
