I've failed to get this working on Utopic. The existing dep8 test
(modified just to add distro-info-data as an extra dependency) passes on
Trusty, but fails on Utopic. I've also tried replacing the upstream

I was having screen tearing on Ubuntu 14.04 with XBMC 12.3 & 13.0. Never
had tearing on VLC or smplayer though but no matter what I did it
continued on XBMC. Once I added the ppa, exited XBMC and reopened it,

WebDav syntax from previous version of apache2 works fine in the new
version of apache2, But...
when loading shib2.load mod it ceases to work...

When the old package’s prerm fails, dpkg goes back and runs the new
package’s prerm instead, to allow us to escape exactly that kind of
chicken-and-egg problem. We could, for example, have the new prerm
create the cgroup-lite.service → /dev/null symlink if it isn’t already
there.

This is really a chicken-and-egg problem. We can't upgrade from packages
which only have upstart jobs when already running systemd, or at least
not with what we have right now. Upgrades need to happen under upstart
until packages get fixed for systemd support, and from then on it will
work under sy
