* fix resizing of root partition by preferring the functional 'growpart'

Currently the only way to have parted resize a busy partition is to use
interactive mode rather than script mode and say yes at the prompt.

So it looks like we need some way to specify '--force' to parted. The
use case we have is known to have 'in use' partition that we're trying
to grow.

As reported in bug 1212444, the partition growing is broken if growpart is

There are 2 things that are broken,

Public bug reported:
During the provisioning of a local VM with cloud-init and parted 2.3.14,
cc_growpart fails in auto grow mode with the following error:

My original lxcapi_clone plan included a 'lxc.snapshots' configuration
file entry which would get bumped in the original container by
lxcapi_clone, and dec'd by lxc-destroy. However, overlayfs is the only
backing store that needs this, and doing this unilaterally would be
wrong since in the btrfs
Public bug reported:
The gist of this bug is that 'lxc-destroy -n foo' should at least
complain and require some sort of '--force' flag to remove 'foo' if
there are containers that are using it for a source of their overlayfs
clones.
Example:
## using daily ppa
$ sudo lxc-create -n source-precise
Adding Q/R tasks to this, as leaving users with a potentially broken
upgrade path is probably a bad plan.

I've spent some time digging into this, but haven't been able to
reproduce the problem. It does look likely that this was once a bug,
since there has been some juggling regarding the previous php5_cgi dummy
module in the packaging. However, there has been quite some activity in
both the apache2 and
libapache2-mod-php5 also does not contain the error in Saucy.
What should I do to help make a patch upstream in Precise? I have to make bzr
send on some address or patch attached here enough?

The only thing needed to fix the bug is the caret in the regular
