Here is an updated debdiff with all the fixes.
Please note: CVE-2011-4858 is resolved through patch for CVE-2012-0022.
CVE-2012-5568 is seen as a non-issue for tomcat (see
http://tomcat.apache.org/security-7.html#Not_a_vulnerability_in_Tomcat)

The above packages on a quick inspection do seem to depart from using
Debian virtual package linux-initramfs-tool. They should probably be
reviewed and include the alternative dependency.
Thanks for pointing this out.
It is wishlist on the basis that it's a new, previously not available,
feature
I can remove it, but I don't know enough about cloud-init to know what,
if anything, it will break. So if someone can confirm it's ok I'll do
it.
