I extract the initrd ramdisk of initrd.img-3.0.0-12-server(U11.10)
And initrd.img-3.2.0-20-generic(U12.04).There is no multipath.conf.
Compare the lvm.conf and modrprobe.d/blacklist.conf in ramdisk, there
is no any diff
