Well...
Was trying to uninstall clamav via software centre.
Error popped up.
Then another error popped up saying "System Error - Sending report" (Or
something similar.
Went back into software center and clamav is uninstalled
Unusual.

running apt-get purge from a terminal, then this when reinstalling via
synaptic. both instances presumably caused by custom config files I had
made/edited with [sudo] pico.?

but on my precise laptop this results in:

When i do DEBUG = False
in my /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py css breaks.
