php5-cli does unfortunately not install it, but it should.

This is a strace of a freshclam run. Maybe this can pinpoint the
problem. Interestingly the mmap and lseek give an "illegal seek", maybe
there is the problem? Error of memory mapping the file? 64bit issue?

Un-installing and re-installing Samba did nothing again. Windows still
sees two instances and can't log in to either one.
Ubuntu has no problem logging in.
Back to square one! ... Any ideas what might be causing this?

Just replaced /etc/samba/smb.conf with /etc/samba/smb.conf.ucf-dist
This brings back the second instance in the workgroup and still has the same
