This would appear to be a corrupted package file. This will happen from
time to time, and is easily correctible:
Try this:
sudo apt-get clean
Then attempt the update again, it should re-download all of the
necessary .deb files and succeed.

worth raising a SRU for this bug.
I'll work on a patch to feed into this process; however it will need

/etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid. This file is intended to solve the
