There is a problem that administration panel settings in "Time and Date"
is not respected, because there are affecting ntp configuration, but
ntpdate configuration can not be set in any way. It is the bug in user
interface and not in ntp or ntpdate.

No obvious way to prevent ntpdate to be run

I get the same issue on a 64-bit lucid lynx installation. In my case,
temporarily removing wins from /etc/nsswitch.conf, rebooting, then
starting Rhythmbox and unchecking the Ubuntu One Store and Lastfm
plugins, then adding wins back in to /etc/nsswitch.conf and rebooting

Apparently the packaging on the pkg-fedora-ds svn repo on alioth is
quite fresh, but I bet Michele would certainly like some help getting
them ready for inclusion. The repository also has packages for freeipa,
but they're rather old and need to be updated to 1.9.0.pre3.

Public bug reported:
The default Eucalyptus installation uses an insecure EC2 API
endpoint. It would be better if the endpoint used HTTPS by default.
The lack of a secure endpoint cause problems for users trying to
register their clouds with Landscape, for example. There's a

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: chkrootkit
chkrootkit identifies bindshell if a mailserver is running tls because
of the port on which tls runs (465), which creates a false positive.

Yes they have; my efforts have been focused on the Trinity project
lately. The packaging is still on revu for anyone to pull down and
modify.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: qemu-kvm
The following commands close immediately with segmentation fault:
qemu-system-arm -M versatilepb -kernel zImage
qemu-system-arm -M versatileab -kernel zImage
The following does not cause segmentation fault:
qemu-system-arm -M versatilepb -kernel
So things seem to have stalled somewhat?
How about creating a collab-maint git repo on alioth.debian.org, and
continue the packaging effort there? Upstream uses git now, and alioth
is a better place for collaborating with Debian anyway (also because lp
doesn't support git).
