I also saw that I was unable to make any calls with the phone, even
though the indicator showed four bars. The phone application displayed
the "no network" label.

I've reopened the issue as this command obviously does not work with my
Nexus 4 running Ubuntu Touch. I should have made it more clear that I'm
talking about UT though.
