There is an xda thread that discusses how to install it, it is not for
the faint of heart. You should run backup saved off the device before
you do anything!

There have been news items and other posts discussing replacing the
click packaging with Snappy (or snaps) as part of the new Ubuntu Core.
When this happens this may resolve itself, assuming that Snappy is still

Searching for MX4 and MHL shows Meizu forums with others asking about
this support and finding it does not work and is not supported.
