I have found cause of my problems and thank to ogra I have found solution
to this.
Where was problem? In small size of partition used for /data mount point.
So I have changed partition to another one and auto power off is out.
We have "working" port of UT for Toshiba AC100.

Still no any chance to have mouse cursor? I am making small progress with
Toshiba AC100 but there is a need to see mouse cursor to simplify
navigation.

my device and kernel.
But after compilation I have working recovery, but normal boot leads into
BlackScreen with ADB working. There is my dmesg after ubuntu_chroot shell :

My fault, missed erase /data partition. Sorry for disturbing.
But still persists BOOT in BLACK SCREEN. This is same as with my Toshiba
AC100. I feel so hopeless...
