I have been experiencing issues with the push notifications for Telegram.
In most cases, they appear after a considerable delay from when a message
was actually received (30 minutes or longer), or they don't appear at all.
I have looked this issue up on Launchpad and came across these

One thing I have noted with my BQ is that a popup will show up when the
battery reaches 10%, warning me that the battery is low. However, you only
see this when the screen is on, and there is no notification sound warning
the user that the battery is running low. So if I have the phone on
stan
application, but it seems to halt whenever the focus is lost. I did not
expect recording to stop simply because the battery is getting low.
Has a bug been logged for this before?

Hi all,
I have experienced the oddest thing yesterday.
I misplaced my phone, so had somebody call it for me.
The phone started ringing and I found where I had left it.
The call was cancelled but my phone continued to ring.
My lock screen was showing, with no incoming call answering options as the

Hi everyone,
I just recently experienced an issue where I received a notification of an
incoming SMS message.
I tapped on the notification to view the SMS, which promptly opened the
Messaging app showing nothing in the details screen other than the phone
number in the header.

I'm not getting any Telegram notifications on my E4.5 OTA15 either.
Telegram started crashing until I cleared the cache, however, that didn't
rectify the notification issue.
